Honeycomb Fact Chart

This chart can be used alongside the Hive & Clover Chart or on its own for practice with Math facts. Place the empty honeycombs between the Math fact ones to give a visual space. This way, students won’t be as easily overwhelmed by a sea of numbers. The Addition & Subtraction can be used for practice for Grade 1 students. It is very helpful for students in the beginning of Grade 2when they are reviewing all the facts they learned the previous year. The Triplet Facts are great for later in the year of Grade 2 when they are learning the Triplets. The whole set can be used for any older students who need to brush up on their Math facts. Use the chart as an oral speed drill (e.g. Time a student for 30 seconds to see how many facts he can get.) Switch Honeycomb Facts around from time to time to keep students on their toes.
