Fraction Chart

The Fraction set includes a large wall chart for hanging with magnets to the chalkboard for class time or just hanging on the wall. It includes a bright and a shaded set of sections for halves, quarters, eighths, sixteenths. thirds, and sixths. Add or remove sections to teach how parts equal a whole or other fractions. Laminate the poster and use a dry-erase marker to write the fraction symbolized on the fraction line on the right. Add magnets or Velcro on the backs of the sections for speedy fraction changing during class. Another use of the chart: showing how music notes relate to each other (e.g. two half notes equal one whole note).
